Return & Refund Policy

All orders that have been shipped are non-cancellable.
The time limit to submit a request to return / exchange a product from the date of receipt is 24 hours. Customers must retain the purchase invoice and the product that needs to be returned.

If you have a problem with your order, you have the right to exchange/return the product in the following cases:

  • The product is not as stated in the order, has wrong specifications, size, quantity;
  • The product is damaged or no longer intact during the transportation process;
  • The product has quality problems after being inspected and verifying that the information reported is accurate
  • PHEVA does not support return/refund requests due to personal change.

Please contact the email on the page https://phevaworld.com/contact-us/ or directly at the store where you ordered the product. Please provide the following information:

  • Purchase invoice
  • Product images/ Videos.

Within 24-36 hours, PHEVA will directly contact you to agree on an exchange plan as following:

  • For products with validated quality problems, PHEVA will recall and exchange a product of the same type where the product was purchased.
  • If the same product is not available to exchange PHEVA wil exchange a product of equivalent value.
  • If a refund is requested, refund will be done by the same payment method used by the customer: Cash or Bank transfer. Cash refund withing 7 working days, bank transfer withing 14 working days
