Return & Refund Policy
All purchases made in-store are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
Customers are required to check products carefully before payment.
PHEVA only accepts return or exchange requests in the following cases:
- The product is incorrect compared to the purchase (wrong item or quantity)
- The product shows a clear defect at the time of purchase
Requests must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
PHEVA does not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind after purchase.
To request support, customers must contact directly the store where the purchase was made and provide:
- Purchase invoice
- Photos or videos of the product
After verification, PHEVA will propose one of the following solutions:
- Exchange with the same product (subject to availability)
- Exchange with a product of equivalent value
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases and, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method:
- Cash: within 7 working days
- Bank transfer: within 14 working days
